Here's what readers have to say about this book....
A very personal account of dealing with loss, that made me both laugh and cry. The conversational style is engaging and the book “kept me company” and encouraged me to work through it. Beautiful book written under the most tragic of circumstances, the author is a real wordsmith. Whether you’ve suffered loss or are supporting someone who has, this book is a great first hand account of the rollercoaster ride that is life and the inevitable grief that will one day darken all of our doorways. A must read, that certainly makes you appreciate today as tomorrow is not promised.
Not your usual book about grief, thought provoking stuff. If you need a friend that knows, who can vocalise your ideas and help make sense of them, you've found the right one.
This book really is fab and now I’m late making tea. Can’t wait to carry on with it even though I’m very lucky and haven’t suffered losing someone very close yet. I can hear you as I read and I’m loving it. Definitely recommend it to anyone.
Sympathetic balance of the upset offset by humour, so clever! Great addition to your library, it's a must have.
