The song features a young girl who sings excitedly to her pet camel as they journey across the desert to meet the Holy family, describing the expectations given her by the angel, and guided by the Star of Bethlehem. It takes an easy, swinging rhythm as the camel lopes over the sand dunes, determined to join the celebrations.

Gotta Go, Camel is the third Singalong-‘n’-Learn book from Three Christmas Camels. Although the Christmas story is at the core, the song will appeal to children of all faiths and none.
