Here's what readers have to say about this book....

A lovely book that enabled my 5yr old to understand feelings he was experiencing but unable to comprehend and communicate to us. Thoroughly recommend, should be in every school library!

Gemma MacSweeney

This beautiful book is the perfect introduction to anxiety in young children. My four year old loved the story and could relate to the feelings the little boy was having. It allowed us to talk through some of the feelings he experiences himself and he was able to identify ways to help.
