Victor Blair

A well-travelled, humouros, rather overly-free spirited 'baby booming' Brit who has worn many different hats. This includes a host of overseas appointments such as ten years in the colonial Hong Kong Police Force, the tourism sector in Asia, worldwide oil and gas exploration and logistics, and finally in engineering consultancy.

He retains his creative spark and is now semi-retired in north Thailand where he keeps busy with his sugar cane plantation whilst scripting away at night.
