Paul Brennan

Paul was raised in Kent, England, on a diet of Charles Dickens. He has worked as a doctor for over 30 years and written numerous medical texts but never a novel. His travels around Asia, and a fascination with all things edible, provided him with the inspiration he needed to write his first.
