Neil Coley

Neil Coley has written a number of books about Lichfield - the Staffordshire city where he lives. These include Lichfield Pubs; Secret Lichfield; and The Beauty and the Spy, the true and very sad story of John Andre and Honora Sneyd. His first novel, An Alien Autumn - part SciFi and part Historical - tells the story of two aliens who visit London in the year 1888 and gradually get sucked into the hunt for the Whitechapel murderer, otherwise known as Jack the Ripper. Neil loved researching and writing the book and he hopes that readers will also love it. When he isn't writing Neil enjoys walking, birdwatching, cricket, watching old films and cooking.He also likes the occasional visit to a pub.
