CarnaudMetalbox was Europe's leading packaging company with 30,000 employees in 160 factories and 40 countries globally. Mark was responsible for initiating cultural change in manufacturing. Mark worked as an independent consultant 1993 to 2003 coaching organisations in Central Europe after the fall of the Berlin Wall. President of Efeso Consulting USA, 2003 to 2016, creating a Change Leadership course taught in 30 countries. In parallel (1989 to 2001) trained and practiced in psychotherapy, receiving the membership of the Institute of Group Analysis, London and membership of the United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapists.
