David Penklis

Dr David John Penklis is a practitioner and scholar. He has been a University Professor, and presented at universities, international forums, and major events. He has worked internationally as a senior executive for the United Nations, corporate and government organizations. He has been a key enabler in the design, realignment, and improvement of organizations. He has represented at the United Nations, held Ambassador level roles, and participated on high-level intergovernmental panels and committees. Dr Penklis has received medals and appreciation from numerous governments. He has worked in Europe, America, and Africa. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy Degree, two Masters Degrees (Commerce and International Relations), and a Bachelor of Business, plus professional qualifications and memberships in finance, human resources, and corporate governance.
