Alicia Eaton is Behaviour Change Therapist and Author, with over 20 years’ clinical experience working with children, teenagers, parents and adults, based in London's Harley Street.
Her work focuses on helping families understand how habits, emotions and behaviours are formed — and how they can be changed through practical, psychologically informed approaches that remove pressure, restore confidence and often bring relief more quickly than people expect.
Alicia is the author of five books on behaviour change, communication and emotional wellbeing.
Her latest book, Mind How Your Kids Eat (2025) explores how children’s relationships with food are shaped emotionally and psychologically — and how early experiences around eating, control and reward can influence habits for life.
Stop Bedwetting in 7 Days (3rd edition 2019) has been a global best-seller since 2009 and is recommended by NHS hospitals in the UK, as well as by paediatricians and healthcare professionals internationally, including in the Netherlands.
First Aid for Your Child’s Mind (2019) has been published and translated by overseas publishers in Germany, Greece, Hungary, the United Arab Emirates, Vietnam and China (both simplified and traditional characters), reflecting the international relevance of her work with children and families.
Her earlier book Fix Your Life with NLP (2012) was published by Simon & Schuster, with foreign rights sold to Russia and India, and continues to be used by trainers and practitioners internationally.
She is also the author of Words That Work: How to Get Kids to Do Almost Anything (2015), a psychology-based parenting book widely used by families and professionals.
