Life, for many modern-day humans, is fraught with stress - stress largely caused by operating from who we think we should be, the Conditioned Self, rather than who we truly are, the True Self. The Conditioned Self holds a core fear-based belief of ‘not enough’ which creates all manner of survivalist behaviours including domination, hoarding, obsessive productivity, not speaking our truth, and subconsciously blocking ourselves from being able to receive the good things in Life.
Separation from the True Self is causing widespread disconnection from each other, the Earth, and the Divine. Disconnection breeds numbness. When we’re numb, we’re able to extract.
Artificial Intelligence is now mainstream. Birth rates are declining globally. Bio and nuclear weaponry loom over us as ever-present threats. Extremism is on the rise. The rich are getting richer while the poor keep getting poorer. There is political unrest and social unrest. The natural world is dying. Societal collapse is being talked about with alarming regularity.
