Once Upon… A Witch Café

Lina is a witch from another dimension with a dream. After a century spent flooded by work and duties, she returns to modern-day York to reclaim the ordinary happiness she once tasted as a baker’s apprentice, while changing the world for the better, one cake at a time. But, not understanding the rules of a non-magical society, she underestimates how much the city and the world has changed.

When she finds the old bakery by York Minster, Lina does what witches do best: she bends reality to make it happen. Then The Little Witch Café opens its tree shaped doors, offering cakes infused with subtle magic – comfort, courage, hope.

With the help of her sharp-tongued demon familiar Sebastien, Lina soon discovers that running a café is far more complicated than casting spells. A threatening money laundering investigation, the tempting inspector, curious spirits, customers with self-destructing tendencies, and the lingering pull of her past threaten her peace. Between magical mishaps, unexpected visitors, and a romance she never planned for, Lina must decide whether to trust her instincts or dive into the chaos ahead of her.
