Just finished reading - I couldn’t put it down. What a warm exciting read. To have such insight into the lives of the KOMODO the writer must have experienced their habitat very carefully. Then to weave this knowledge into such a passionate story is sensational. Not to be missed.
Komodo is a well written debut novel by Sam Jardine. In this captivating novel, Jane Heros confronts and ultimately overcomes the deep-seated trauma of her childhood during a transformative journey to Labuan Bajo, Indonesia. The narrative is both thrilling and emotionally resonant, weaving together elements of suspense, adventure, and romance. The perilous encounters with formidable dragons and the evolving relationship between Jane and Zac, a charismatic diving instructor, kept me thoroughly engaged from beginning to end. I eagerly anticipate the continuation of this compelling story in the next installment.
A truly delicious book of adventure and emotions, so well written. I adored this story from beginning to end and truly feel like this is a book for everyone! Highly recommended reading.
