Thom Braun has been an academic (with PhDs in two different arts disciplines), an international marketing director for a multinational business, a creative strategy consultant with a global media agency, and a parish priest.
His publications range from a literary biography of Benjamin Disraeli to The Philosophy of Branding (published in ten languages) and a satirical novel about the commercialisation of the Church of England.
He has also had plays on eighteenth-century historical themes performed at the Edinburgh Fringe and the Theatre Royal, Bury St Edmunds.
He is currently writing two historical fiction series. His 'Untold Tales of Charles Dickens' series comprises two novels thus far: Hungerford Stairs (2023) and Obadiah Grange (2026). His William Hogarth mystery series was launched through Mr Hogarth's Morning in 2024. The second in the series (Mr Hogarth's Marriage) will be published early in 2027.
