Nathalie Cordell spent over two decades in the pharmaceutical industry building a career that looked, from the outside, exactly as it should. Successful. Capable. Together. And yet, somewhere beneath the surface, something quietly waited.
That waiting became a calling. She left corporate life to retrain as a psycho-spiritual coach, earning an MA in Psychosynthesis Leadership Coaching and EMCC accreditation at Senior Practitioner level. But the real education was the inner journey — the slow, sometimes painful work of reclaiming the parts of herself she'd learned to leave behind.
Now she guides women through that same territory: the midlife crossroads where external achievement stops feeling like enough, and the deeper question of who am I, really? begins to stir.
She writes about the psycho-spiritual journey of women on her Substack, Soul Seeds, and works with clients one-to-one and in community. Awakening the Sleeping Queen is her debut book.
When not coaching, writing or facilitating, Nathalie can be found tending her home and garden in rural Hertfordshire, exploring Europe in her campervan, or visiting family in France – whilst continuing to walk her own path of awakening.
“Nathalie Cordell has taken the map of the Heroine's Journey and walked it herself with honesty, depth, and psychological courage. This book is a meaningful companion for every woman ready to find her way home to herself.”
