Jackie Allinson is an experienced HSE consultant having served oil and gas sector multinationals since 1993
Jackie spent her early career developing HSE Cases for offshore production platforms, oil rigs, refineries, gas plants, maritime and helicopter operations. This fantastic learning experience (and some great mentors) led her to become an expert in HSE risk management, development of HSE processes and worker safety engagement. She developed all HSE systems for several drilling project start-ups. She has consulted extensively on crisis, emergency response systems and business continuity.
Jackie achieved her first coaching certification in 2009, thereafter completing systems coaching training, workshop design and a one-year Leadership programme. For new oilfield contracts, she created a unique alignment workshop involving coaching skills, designed to define industry client / contractor relationships in their start-up phases. This ran for several years and covered more than eight separate major rig/service contracts and included all levels of management. Most recently, Jackie focused on bringing a coaching approach into industry crisis and emergency response team leadership and training.
Jackie is professional, dynamic, energetic and passionate and has spent her oilfield career defining innovative and inclusive processes, promoting cross-company communications, teamwork and individual empowerment as well as making workplaces safe, fair and comfortable in service of an incident-free environment.
