Mark Ryder-Jones was born in London, educated in Surrey and read law at Southampton University. He practised as a commercial litigation lawyer in the City of London before joining an international accounting firm as counsel in its world office. He began writing fiction in 2002. The Tenant at Hidden Farm is his fifth novel.
