Nomita has more than twenty years’ experience in professional services as a lawyer and career coach in London, New York, Dubai and Singapore. She has been a senior practitioner, including as a partner, in two of the world’s largest international law firms: A&O Shearman and Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner. Nomita has a master’s degree (with Distinction) in career management and coaching from the University of London and is a triple-qualified lawyer in England and Wales, New York and Singapore. She is an accredited coach with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, a registered career development professional with the UK Career Development Institute and a certified test user with the British Psychological Society. Nomita combines her experience as a business professional and coach to help people explore the choices, challenges and complexities they face at work.
Kiran is a work psychologist and the author of two previous books, which were focused on change, leadership and organisational agility. He has worked across sectors, living and working in Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. Kiran has held roles at Procter & Gamble, Accenture, Deloitte, Oliver Wyman, Motorola, Majid Al Futtaim Group and the UK Senior Civil Service. He runs an organisation consulting and coaching practice alongside holding adjunct roles at a variety of research and training institutes. Kiran is a graduate of Oxford University in experimental psychology, and a postgraduate of the Manchester School of Management in organisational psychology. He also holds a doctorate in psychotherapy from the Metanoia Institute in London. He is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, has formal accreditation in coaching psychology from the International Society for Coaching Psychology, and a certificate in advanced facilitation from the Gestalt Centre in London.
