Judith Kennedy is a qualified teacher who lives on the Wirral with her husband. During their honeymoon in Myanmar (Burma) in 2020, Judith washed a retired logging elephant in a river, then fed it with tasty pumpkin treats, plus pieces of banana tree for extra ruffage. That was when she learned that elephants spend up
to 18 hours every day eating.
