Jonathan Gershfield

Jonathan is a multi-award-winning TV director who cut his teeth in commercials and music videos, going on to helm many comedies and comedy dramas including Death in Paradise, Trollied, Hebburn, Dead Ringers, Wild West and Big Train. His first feature film, Three and Out, won 15 international awards. As a writer, Jonathan conceived and co-wrote A Bunch of Amateurs, selected for the Royal Film Performance in 2008. The House of the Rising Son, his debut novel, is loosely based on a series of autobiographical articles for The Times Saturday magazine.
