First and foremost I am a family man, husband to Barbara for nearly 50 years and father to Nicola, Andrew, Christopher and Elizabeth. At last count we are blessed with five grandchildren. I'm a businessman and still retain a non-executive chair role after a career primarily in education technology and training as CEO, COO and, over the last decade, chair. My three passions beyond the family are writing, walking in the beautiful Peak District of Derbyshire and Derby County football club. I have published three previous novels: Paradigm Shift in 2013, The Hope Affair in 2021 and Urban Scarecrows in 2022.
