Helen Gibson MBE is an award-winning global entrepreneur and international business leadership expert.
Sought out by both UK and foreign governments to tackle some of the most complex issues in the world’s trouble spots, Helen’s work has given her a career like no other. ‘Go for Goosebumps!’ is Helen’s debut book and is a culmination of what she has learned from her work on the frontlines of health, justice and international development within countries in conflict and transition.
From many modern-day issues such as terrorism, corruption, cybercrime, pandemics, addiction and migration, Helen’s company, Agencia, worked in nearly 30 countries, including Bosnia Herzegovina, Ukraine, British Virgin Islands, Bahrain, Kenya, and Afghanistan, positively impacting thousands of people around the world.
Helen was awarded an MBE by the Queen for her services to international trade in 2022 and her company was named Best Small Business in the UK at the National Family Business Awards in 2017.
A registered motivational keynote speaker, Helen is also a Non-Executive Director, University Lecturer, consultant, trainer and coach to a portfolio of clients. Helen is a Coach for the Kings Trust, a mentor delivering the Cherie Blair Foundation Women in Business programme, an Export Champion for the Department for Business and Trade and has represented the UK at the UN Women Commission on the Status of Women.
