Heather Comina

Heather Comina was born in 01971 (at 326ppm atmospheric CO2). Her lifelong exploration of the world started with a childhood immersed in the science of the everyday, her formal education culminating in a doctorate in chemistry. She has spent much of her career engaged in the study of human disease seeking to develop new medicines. In 02018 (at 407ppm atmospheric CO2) she woke up to the reality that our home is in peril and founded Climate Concepts UK with the aim of untangling complex ideas about the climate and biodiversity crisis and making them accessible to anyone. She is passionate about exploring ways of seeing the world through different lenses. Generation 8 is her first novel.
