Anita is a qualified career coach with a diverse background specialising in mental health advocacy and supporting women who have experienced abusive relationships.

With over 5 years’ experience in schools working with young children and their emotional needs as well as 5 years of coaching experience and teaching mental health to adult learners.

Holding a BSc in Psychology and Education and pursuing accreditation as a trauma-informed coach specialising in narcissistic abuse.

Her work includes collaborations with Leicestershire County Council, National Careers Service, and MHFA England where she qualified as a Mental Health First Aider.
