A long-time advocate for human rights and social justice, Andrea began her academic journey in her hometown of Caracas, earning a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations from the Central University of Venezuela. With the support of a French scholarship, she continued her studies in France, completing a Master’s in Political Action and Public Policy at the University of Franche-Comté, followed by a Master’s in International Law at the University of Panthéon-Sorbonne. She later earned a Ph.D. in International Law from the University of Geneva.
Andrea has since specialized in international relations and law. Drawing on this experience, she created a children’s book that brings complex international topics to life in a way that is both accessible and inspiring for young readers.
Beyond her academic and professional work, Andrea is deeply committed to children’s rights. She volunteers with refugee and asylum-seeking children and is passionate about using storytelling to nurture empathy, and raise awareness among the next generation.
