Alex Atherton is an experienced educator, award-winning keynote speaker and leadership coach.
He is the ex-secondary school headteacher who heard the word ‘snowflake’ once too often to describe his former students.
He spent 25 years working in inner-city comprehensive secondary schools, over half of which was as a headteacher in London.
Alex speaks about generations at conferences and events across the country and trains organisations in how they can recruit, retain and engage Gen Z.
Alex’s coaching clients are senior leaders, and senior leadership teams, from a variety of sectors.
Outside of work, he is married to Sarah, dad to Lara and loves his time with both. He also supports Sheffield United through thick and thin, likes his music loud and heavy and plays lead guitar for The Glentones.
Originally from Yorkshire, he lives in Palmers Green, London.
