Born in Scotland and raised in Yorkshire, I am back living in the motherland with my Husband Graeme, my beautiful Daughter Jessica and our Cat Raven.
Helping people live their life in the best way possible is my mission.
The Self Help Management Journal has been years in the making to do just that. A journal to navigate through life living alongside anxiety and/or depression.
I am so excited to go on this journey and bring more and more as time goes by.

Review for Self Help Management Journal
This is my wee folder of reflection. Sometimes I can get lost in a to do list that never ends, my mind gets overwhelmed and focuses on the harder parts in life. This little folder is what helps me re-focus and take things one step at a time.
It helps me reflect on my day. Reflecting on my day, reminding me to look for the good things, reflect on what could have been better, it gives me a focus for tomorrow and then space for tomorrow's to do list.
By completing this at night I find that it allows me to reflect and plan for the next day and move on so that I do not over think my day when I should be sleeping.
This is an amazing tool that boosts my well being, helps refocus my mind and gives me a better night's sleep.
I would highly recommend it.
This book is a must for anyone trying to rebalance their life. It can be hard to take time/ find time for yourself.
This book helps you review your day. What where you greatful for. I found this difficult to start with but now I notice when I am in one of today's greaful moments.
This journal helps look and what was difficult that day, what did I do to make it better. If I didn't do anything then I would refect on what could I have done.
It helped me set a daily goals which gave me positive focus. It has a section for self care activities which helps rebalance your mind to not only plan these moments but see them as an important part of your day.
It helps you plan for tomorrow. Then you have a journal page which allows you to write down your thoughts and your day. This helped me look at my day and put it all down on paper, which helped me off load my feelings. I believe this helped settle my mind and and have better control over reviewing my emotions. Having a set time to complete this helped me to de-stress and have some much needed personal time to focus on myself. I am now more aware that I cannot look after others without looking after myself too.
