Escape from Nettle Farm and Jarred Dreams are nominated for The People’s Book Prize

We’re delighted to announce that Justin Davis's Escape from Nettle Farm and Camilla Chester's Jarred Dreams have been nominated for The People’s Book Prize Spring 2017 Collection.

The People’s Book Prize is a unique literary competition that is judged by the nation and open to all authors. It was created to give the British public the opportunity to choose winners, to give authors a better chance of being read and to celebrate reading.

Escape from Nettle Farm is a beautiful full-colour children's picture book which has been described by readers as: ‘stunning! A lovely book and great read for the children, time and time again.’

Camilla Chester’s ‘satisfying and engaging read’ takes the form of a modern day fairy-tale set in a fictional town which is engulfed by ‘The Grey’, because of The Dream Thief, a cloaked ghoul who steal children’s dreams storing them in jars in his cellar.

Voting for the Spring 2017 Collection is open until 14th May 2017 and the finalists will compete again from 15th May 2017 till 21 May 2017. The winners will be announced at The People’s Book Prize 8th Awards Ceremony on 23rd May 2017.
