A well-grounded, former complementary therapist and teacher of health & well-being, I am an intuitive empath with over twenty years of training and work experience in craniosacral therapy, yoga, East/West meditation, and, more recently, as an end-of-life soul midwife and lay chaplain.

Additional training as a spiritual companion has also enabled me to enrich those seeking spiritual enlightenment individually and at various outreach MBS events, with a particular focus on end-of-life and the afterlife.
