I have had six crime novels published: The Anna McColl series, four mysteries for 9-12 year olds: The Karen Cady Series, and most recently, four crime novels published by Accent Press: Nobody's Baby, The Gifted Child, The Sister's Secret, and The Woman who took in parcels, an opened one.

If you write crime, publishers tend to want more crime, so I self-published "Ursula's Arm", a novel set in the 1930's about psycholanalysis and women's sexual dissatisfaction.

I have had plays broadcast on Radio 4, and occasion articles in The Guardian.

I worked as a teacher in Inner London, then re-trained as a psychologist, worked in the NHS then ran the student counselling service at Exeter University. I now live in Bristol with my cockapoo, Martha.
